Shipping and Returns

Delivery information

All orders are shipped via courier and will require a signature upon delivery. Orders placed before 14:00 on a working day will be dispatched the same day, and orders placed after 14:00 will be dispatched the following working day.

Delivery charges are calculated on the actual cost of shipping.

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number via email, and you can follow its progress. When your goods are delivered, they should be checked immediately. Always let us know, as soon as possible, about any errors or omissions. 

If anything should go wrong with your purchase after delivery we will do the following:

If still under Warranty we will either ship out a spare part (if it can be easily fitted), free of charge, or arrange for your item to be collected, repaired or replaced (depending on the damage and the cause of the damage) and returned to you.

If it is out of Warranty then the same will happen but you may have to cover the cost of the spare part (and the shipping costs if it has to come back to us for repair).
